Your First Dental Visit
When you arrive for your first appointment, you can expect our team to make you feel warmly welcomed as if you were visiting your own home. We’ll start by completing all necessary X-rays and intraoral photographs of your mouth, then perform an in-depth periodontal charting and visual exam. Our main goal is to understand your concerns regarding your smile so we can better create a treatment plan that makes you feel confident about your care and current oral health. In several cases, our hygienist will also provide a detailed cleaning during the initial visit, so you can leave with a mouth that feels freshly cleaned!
New Patient Forms
Do you want to save time at your next dental appointment with us? While our waiting room is quite comfortable, you can always get a head start on your new patient paperwork by clicking the link below! Here, you can download your new patient form, print it, and fill it out on your own time. Just remember to bring it with you to the dental office when it’s time for your visit. We’ll collect them at our front desk and hand them off to our dentists!
Dental Insurance Welcome
Understanding the details of your dental insurance plan is not exactly easy for everyone. Thankfully, Addison Family Dentistry is more than prepared for the task. We gladly accept most major PPO dental insurance providers and handle the processing of insurance forms for our patients’ sake. This includes the filing of your paperwork, following up promptly on claims, and using our insurance knowledge to maximize your reimbursements as much as possible.
